Shipping & Delivery Overview

Orders received on weekdays (before noon) are prepared within 24–48 hours. Most ship within 1–2 business days, and typical transit time is 3–6 business days (exceptions may apply). We email tracking as soon as your order ships.

Large systems usually ship palletized via LTL freight and may require a delivery appointment with the carrier.

Dispatcher contact is important. Your phone and email are provided so the carrier can confirm access, schedule delivery, and update you if anything changes in transit.

PALLETIZED FREIGHT

Freight details

  • LTL carrier: deliveries may require an appointment, especially for residential addresses.
  • Palletized shipments: large mini-split systems ship secured on pallets for protection.
  • Access: freight is curbside. Confirm driveway or street access with dispatch before delivery.

Shipping times map

Our regional shipping times map provides a visual guide to typical transit windows. Most deliveries arrive within 3–6 business days after leaving the warehouse, depending on distance and carrier routing.

IMPORTANT

Freight appointments

Many LTL carriers require a scheduled delivery window for residential and some commercial addresses. Watch for a call, text, or email from the carrier and respond quickly to keep your shipment moving.

SECURE LOCATION

After delivery

You are responsible for providing a safe delivery environment. Once tracking shows delivered, we are not liable for packages that are stolen or lost from the delivery location.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Changes in transit

Address corrections or rerouting after freight has shipped can incur additional carrier fees (often 15% or more, depending on weight and distance). Confirm your address carefully before checkout.

ACCESS & LIFTGATE

Curbside access

Freight service is curbside. Confirm that trucks can safely access your street or driveway, and request liftgate service with dispatch if you do not have a loading dock or forklift available.

SMALLWARES

Smallwares & accessories

Smaller items such as installation kits, smart connectivity dongles, and TTW sleeves may ship via parcel carriers (like FedEx) without a signature requirement when ordered alone.

As with freight, please choose a secure delivery location. We are not liable for parcel shipments after the carrier marks them delivered.

INSPECT YOUR MERCHANDISE BEFORE SIGNING

Inspect before signing

Freight shipments should arrive shrink-wrapped and on a pallet. Please inspect all boxes carefully before you sign the delivery receipt.

What to look for

  • Crushed corners, punctures, or tears in any carton.
  • Forklift tine marks or other deep impressions.
  • Torn shrink-wrap or boxes that appear wet, soft, or re-taped.
  • Visible dents, rattling inside the box, or anything that feels "off".

How to note it

  • Write comments describing the condition directly on the delivery receipt before signing, even for minor damage.
  • For major damage, take photos, refuse the delivery if needed, and contact us right away.
