Thermal synchronicity is the ability of two indoor units to communicate through the condenser to maintain a perfectly balanced load across a shared floor plan. Our Dual-Zone systems are designed so that the two heads work in tandem, rather than competing for refrigerant. For example, a 30,000 BTU 2-Zone (12k+18k) package ensures that both the master bedroom and the nursery stay within one degree of each other. This synchronicity relies on the high-speed data cables included in our Installation Kits. If the outdoor unit is mounted on a Wall Bracket, it must be level to ensure the sensors for both zones report accurately. This intelligent coordination prevents one room from over-cooling while the other is still warm. It provides a seamless comfort experience that single-head systems simply cannot match.
